While trying to pay and leave the guy at the counter was talking so much to the lady in front of me about counterfeit money and his last job that I waited probably 10 mins to pay.

What?!? I said no I will not eat that after you take it off my plate and cook it longer so she took $4 off our bill for that. Her meal came with bacon and I always (no matter where we eat) I ask for the bacon not to be crispy and it came out almost raw! Same with my meal my bacon was so raw looking I told her I could not eat that and all I said was not crispy! I asked if I could get a new order so she brought a plate to the table to take it back to cook it longer. I ordered my daughter's food from the kids menu and wanted to substitute the potatoes for toast but the waitress said we couldn't do that so I had to order a side of toast. When you go out to eat you honestly want to order your food and get out but it took forever with everything. Our waitress was really nice but had so much to say. this location again when visiting Muskegon. This time we stopped in for breakfast this morning and will never go to. Honestly we order the same thing all the time. My family always try to find a Bob Evan's while on vacation because we always have a good experience with great food. There are more family run breakfast choices in the area. Previously, this food item was served differently, and more like the photo. The advertised bacon strips are tasty, but not as done, as advertised in the picture. someone painted some of the beautiful oak trim white! We always are upset seeing this change.
